Email preview for Dokan

  • Hi,

    I am using the Dokan plugin to build a marketplace website. I recently purchased your pro-version of Email preview for woocommerce so as to be able to preview Woocommerce bookings and Woocommerce subscriptions emails which are add-ons used in the pro-verion of Dokan and it works perfectly.

    Interestingly, Dokan transactional emails (33 in total) also appear in the choose email dropdown list in the free version of your plugin. However only few of them work while most of them create fatal errors.

    Is there anyway to fix this or do you have any plan to make your plugin fully Dokan compatible?

    Hi @kaprikorn ,

    The plugin by default loads, all possible emails i.e all emails that have been registered to WooCommerce, however not all 3rd Party emails are supported.

    If there was an easy way to do it – I would have already done it.

    The only way to do make it compatible is to go through each mail trigger and add code for it to stop it generating fatal errors.

    Dokan is the same – if the transactional emails are listed then they can be made compatible.

    I am not going to make it completely compatible with Dokan at this point.
    But if you have a few emails that you want to view I can check it out and see if i can’t provide you with the required code to make it workable.

    – Dokan new withdrawal request
    – Dokan announcement
    – Dokan refund cancelled
    – Dokan refund processed
    – Shipping status for customer
    – Dokan report abuse
    – Dokan subscription cancelled
    – Dokan subscription invoice
    – Dokan send coupon to customer
    – Dokan send refund request to vendor
    – Dokan product enquiry
    – Dokan new support ticket
    – Dokan reply to store support ticket
    – Dokan reply to user support ticket
    – Dokan updates for store followers
    – Dokan contact vendors
    – Dokan wholesale registration
    Total: 17

    If necessary I can provide you with a copy of Dokan pro for testing. Thank you

    Hi @digamberpradhan,

    I wish you would give me some feedback. Anyways, I want to let you know that I just suggested the Wedevs team (Dokan) to integrate your Zoom Integration for WooCommerce Bookings plugin to Dokan. Dokan has an integration with Woocommerce Bookings and uses it as a booking system addon. Adding a videochat feature like Zoom to Dokan bookings would be a major plus. I now hope that my suggestion will draw their attention.

    Sorry for the late reply – but i am currently swamped with other projects, and integrating Dokan e-mails will take me some time to do.
    As for Zoom Integration for WooCommerce Bookings, it is already compatible with dokan – but it would require Zoom Integration for Dokan to work.
