Email problem

When I submit the form on this page https://www.abilis.fi/lahjoita/ it will not send the form information to the selected email address (‘New order’ -item) or email to the customer.
I’ve read this https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/ -guide without help.

If you’re running WooCommerce 3.7, you might try editing the New Order email and removing the “arms raised” emoji from the New Order email’s “Additional Content.”
Save your changes after it has been removed and see if the emails work again.
