    Hi, I need help,
    my clients this morning
when they executed orders, I received order emails and payment confirmation and even the last few days no problem.
Since this afternoon I have not received emails with the order,
but I only receive confirmation of payment.
I checked woocommerce email settings, everything is in order, no changes.
I have sent emails from my hosting, I am receiving and sending emails without problems.
I don’t understand why Wocommerce doesn’t send customer order emails.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dpfnet,

You’ll first want to check whether WooCommerce is generating the order emails. For this, I recommend installing the WP Mail Logging plugin then create a test order.

    * If the logs show that WooCommerce is generating emails but the emails are not sent, you’ll want to check if you have the right “From” email address in WooCommerce > Settings >Emails. If it’s correct, check with your host if there are any issues on the email server. Lastly, I would recommend using an SMTP plugin to handle the sending of emails. We have some recommendations here.

    * If the email logs show that no email is generated, you’ll want to perform a conflict test as outlined in this guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

For reference, kindly check out our Email troubleshooting guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/

    Thanks.

unfortunately no conflict, before the system did not send emails we can confirm
    of not having updated,
that you have not run or installed any other plugin or application
that you have not touched any files or settings

I think the problem is woocommerce, because the email sending test says: Could not instantiate mail function.
We solved the problem tonight, we are using an external “Mailjet” service which solved the whole problem.
I believe that the technicians will have to investigate why this problem also happens to other users of woocomemrce after some time and without a real reason

    Hi @dpfnet

Thank you for letting us know you’ve worked around the issue by using an external mail service that is not experiencing the issue.

We can definitely look into this further with you if you’d like to continue, otherwise, we can mark the thread as resolved.

If you’d like to continue, can you please confirm you performed the full conflict test documented at: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/?

If so, did you see any change in the behavior at any point with specific plugins or themes disabled, or did you see the same intents error in each instance?

    Hi @dpfnet

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
