Hi – Thanks for developing this very useful plugin!

I have a question regarding the email sent to admin about a new quote. At the bottom of this email, there is the following notification:

“You can view and edit this order in the dashboard here: ….”

I do not want my client accessing the back end of WordPress in order to see quote details and billing address. Is there a way to show this information within the content of the email my clients receives. (Could a check-box be added to Quotes to Woocommerce Settings?)

    Thank you

    Hi @petroc,

I see. It’s a simple matter of editing the email template to stop the link from being displayed. The emails are customizable and can be overidden the same way any WC email is overidden, by creating a copy of the template in the theme folder and editing it to suit your needs.

However, just being curious and probably poking my nose where it doesn’t belong ?? If the client doesn’t access the backend, how would he/she update the product prices and send the quote? The only way to send the quote email is via the WooCommerce->Orders->Edit Order page.

    Hi Pinal

I manage the website – the client does not have access to the WordPress backend. If he did, he would have access to some commercial plugins and settings (SEO).

    Hi @petroc,

Thanks for sharing this ?? So would you be managing the process of sending emails for quotes as well? Or have you developed a separate interface for the client to send quote emails?
