Email receiving issue

    Dear Team,

    This plugin is awesome, it simply configured but now I am facing a problem with receiving emails. I had tried filled 4-5 forms but I got only 1 email. can you please check why I am not getting all the emails.

    Hi @seoprem89,

    There are chances that the emails are going to the spam section of your mail. Please check and confirm whether you are getting the mails there.
    While there are many reasons why an email is marked as spam or any and would be a different topic to discuss. One of the reason is, this happens mainly at the time when the Web Mail providers found suspicious subject from the sender or recipient.

    Thank you, Sanju for your reply. I have checked my all the option like spam, inbox, social, promotion everywhere but didn’t find the email.

    The problem is when someone fills the form 1st time, I get the email but they fill the form multiple times then I don’t get the email.

    I hope now you understand my problem.
