Email recognition, IP recognition and email access

Hello,

I just got the paid version of this plugin.
I have a few questions if the plugin is able to do, or you can help me with

1)IP range recognition: you enter a (number of) IP’s and everybody accessing from within that IP has access.
2) email recognition: you allow everybody with a certain email domain access (I’ve asked this question before and it’s not possible, don’t know about the paid version).
3) You upload a number of email addresses and everybody has access.
