Email related form data not saving

    I am trying to update the email related information to a form. I input all the data but it doesn’t save the data. Please advise.

    I’m having similar issues. The Contact From DB doesn’t show the input data for that form. It only has three columns: Submitted, Submitted Login, and Submitted From, which none of these are fields in my form.
