Email Relay settings

  • Hey there,

    What exactly do you mean by “relay” settings? The only email settings in PMPro are under Memberships > Email Settings.

    If you’re talking about general SMTP settings, you should use an SMTP plugin such as Easy WP SMTP.

    If that’s not what you’re talking about, could you please clarify?

    Im not really sure. Since I tried every thing else I called my hosting to see if it was something on there end and they said just make sure the email relay was set to some specifics they gave me. I’ve tried all the plugins you mentioned, nothing works. Thanks for your help.

    Are you receiving any default WordPress emails, such as Forgot passowrd, new user registrations, etc.?
