Email Reminders are NOT sent

    Scheduled Emails are shown with the correct template but they are never sent. They are marked “GREEN” and then they disappear after time to send is over …. Also no sent email show up in statistics.

    What to do?

    A new plugin version has just been released that fixed the issue, you can update it and check again.

    But still no reminders are sent …

    What options are available to fix that issue? Please, I need these reminders …

    Hi,

    We have checked with the fixed version, and the reminder email was sent correctly.

    Please check the WordPress Timezone setting, which may lead to the duration date of the coupon not completed at 00:00 of that day, resulting in the time to send the reminder email is not exact.
