email replies

  • Just setting up. I made a short list for a few subscribers for testing. 1 tester gets their email at mail.com. When he clicks on reply on his email, he does not get the return address, saying it is blank?
    Also, is there a way to provide a button that has the return email address linked so if the mail.com issue cannot be fixed, this button might work for that purpose?

    Would you mind checking if the Reply-to fields are not empty on WP-Admin > MailPoet > Settings > Basics > Default Sender?
