[email reply to comments] how to modify the plugin?

Hello,

that works just fine.
1-But I would like my readers to come back to my blog when they receive the mail.
Is it possible to hide the comment reply ? just have the notice ?

2- I need to add my facebook and twitter account in the mail content, how can I do that ? I don’t know how to modify the plugin ^^
