    I have had a problem for a few days with the Jetpack contact form showing the incorrect reply to address on the email (i.e. the server address) rather than the address of the person sending the contact form (so I can no longer just reply to the email). I spent ages troubleshooting this and it turns out that as soon as I deactivate Wordfence it goes back to working fine (all other plugins still active as usual). Is there any way you can look into this – not sure if it is a jetpack or Wordfence issue!

    Sorry I don’t really understand what to do with this information. I went to the diagnostics bit but there doesn’t seem to be the option to change anything even if I knew what it was talking about! I think I’ll just have to turn off Wordfence and try something else ?? This has only changed in the last week or so so I don’t really know why it has suddenly stopped working.

    I understand this can be frustrating to troubleshoot.

    Can you send me a Diagnostics report so I can get a better overview of your environment? Please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL. Please include your www.ads-software.com username and update this thread after you’ve sent it.

    OK sorry I see it already has the email field in there! I have sent from another site that has the same problem as I have had to keep it turned off on the initial site. Thanks
