Email reports show 0 visitors but is non-zero on

    Hi,

    I am using the plugin 8.23.1 Lite on WP 6.4.2.

    The page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=monsterinsights_reports#/ functions as expected, showing visitors.

    However, the email summaries show 0 visitors. See screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/D2Ui0bo

    The email summary show increase and decrease percentages, and the list of most popular pages list also show visitors (non zero values). Yet the 3 main values in the email are zero’s.

    Can you please confirm it is a bug or some settings on my side to be adjusted? Thank you

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.

    To confirm, yes it’s known issue and our team is actively working on a fix. I’m not able to say exactly when a fix will go out, but it’s likely to be included in the next update we release. Please update the plugin as soon as a new version is released to apply the fix.

    FYI I noticed the same plugin version, on another site with more visitors, reports non-zero values for the first 2 metrics, and zero for the last one, so it’s not really consistent.

    I appreciate the extra info! Out of curiosity, are your site settings similar for both websites, or is there some differences? I was just wondering if there’s something playing a role in why MonsterInsights might be behaving differently on the two sites, even though it’s the same version.
