Email restriction not working

Hello,
I am using pro version. I have enabled restrictions, set restriction to email for example [email protected].

If I register new account with this email and login, restrictions works fine.

But if I enter this email during checkout and I am not logged in, COD is still available. I have to refresh the page to COD disappear.

How to fix this please?
