Email routing in Form Builder?

Hello,

We are using the plugin mainly as a “contact us” form. In the form builder we have built a dropdown that lists all the department heads that people can choose from to contact. We would like to associate email addresses with each person, so that the system automatically routes the contact requests to the right person. Can that be done with your plugin? If not, do you know of one that can do this?
