Email scripts inserting backslash

    Hi,

    I reported this issue some time ago (link to original subject is here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/quote-plugin-issues/) and received the reply that the issue would be looked at during the next update….but I’ve seen nothing since.

    Basically, my pre-configured emails get backslashes inserted around any special character (like an inverted comma). See the example below. Maybe this is a mac issue? Maybe not.

    Example:
    Once again, we\\\’ve really enjoyed being of service to you!

    Obviously the word “we’ve” doesn’t have those backslashes in the email templates.

    Is there a work-around or a fix?
