Email Selection Drop Down Not Showing

    I’ve already created a simple custom email and tried to add it to one of my simple product as a custom email but unfortunately the dropdown that was supposed to be in the woo custom email in the product settings is not showing up so I can’t set my custom email to the product.

    Hi @sync00,

    Thanks for using my plugin.

    By any chance are you using the Loom browser extension? I ask because this is a known issue and is mentioned in other support threads here. If that is the case, you can simply disable it while updating your Custom Email Messages.

    Please advise if that resolves your issue.

    I WAS having the EXACT SAME ISSSUE — and YES I am using LOOM so disabling it fixed the issue Im so glad you knew what was causing it – but WHY would a video extension cause this issue?

    However I just discovered that its not working for my GIFT CARDS (non product) so I cannot use the plugin ??

    @alexmustin yeah it works like a charm, thanks for the insight mate, actually I did search for the same problem but didn’t seem to see the same problem. Anyways, thanks again
