• Hello everything is fine?

    Firstly I would like to congratulate you on the plugin, it is excellent.

    I needed to change the email sender address, but the plugin continues to send messages with the old address.

    I’m using version 5.38.5 of the plugin.

    I went to settings, email, and updated the sender address, but it didn’t work. Could you please help me with this?

    Thanks for the feedback. This is the configuration in the plugin.

    Below is a print of the emails I receive when I test send. Note that the reply address appears exactly the address configured in the plugin. But the sender still has the old address.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

    It could be a caching issue. Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress and recheck this.

    You can also use the plugin WP Mail Logging to log the email sent from your site https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
