no one able to help ?
    cause i can’t use 3.6 now

You are talking about a contact form. What plugin are you using for that purpose?

    sonnycool,
You can test if it is a wordpress issue or a plugin issue by creating a test user and trying to reset it’s password throw e-mail.
Most likely it’s a plugin issue that might be out of date … make sure you update all plugins.

when i created 3.6 there is no email (not even notify email).

with 3.5.2 i have no problem, when create, notify email send and notify me …..

i believe is not plugin issue, seem like 3.6 is not compatible with my host but it do very well for 3.5.x

when create, notify email send and notify me …..

When create what? Notify about what?

Do you receive email notifications about newly registered users or new comments? What do you have in your Discussion Settings?

Let’s get back to the contact form. What plugin are you using for it? Contact form 7 maybe?

a newly install wp will send a notify email (admin) ….. and yes there is not email send out on new user register, comment and so on ..
something is wrong with the installation, not even password recovery email send …..

Ok, let’s try with Check email plugin.
You might consider contacting your hosting company and/or manually update your WP install.

all wp setup is manually …

I suppose the 3.6 files were corrupted somehow. You should use the latest versions for sure. Replace the phpmailer.php from a fresh copy of WP 3.6 downloaded from here
