    Hi,

I received the following notification when I used Email Subscribers to notify my subscribers of a new post:

    {“status”:”ERROR”,”es_remaining_email_count”:100,”message”:”EMAIL_SENDING_LIMIT_EXCEEDED”}

Can any one help me with this? I don’t have that many subscribers (200) so I’m not sure why my limit would be exceeded. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Neil

    Hi Neil,

What’s the “Maximum Emails To Send In An Hour” setting you have set in Email Subscribers > Settings > Email Sending?

If email sending reaches that limit, it stops sending more emails during that hour. It will start sending emails again in the next hour.

You can increase the hourly limit (if your email service provider allows) and check once again.

Please check and let us know how it goes.

Thanks so much, that worked! It turned out the limit that had been set was 50, so I increased it. Thanks for your help and getting back to me so quickly.

    Best,

    Hi Malay,

I wanted to touch base again about this. I’m still having problems. I changed the number of emails I’m allowed to send out via WordPress (250) but not all emails are getting sent. The report that email subscribers generates says the sending of emails has been “completed,” but when I look further at the report, it says that many emails are in “sending” status, rather than “sent” status. This happened today, and a previous time.

Do you know what the problem might be? Again, I changed things so that I should be able to send out 250 emails (which is more than my subscriber base) in an hour. I’d appreciate any thoughts. Thanks –Neil

    Hi Malay,

Hope you are well and had a good weekend. I just wanted to touch base to see if you had been able to determine what the problem is? I’d appreciate an update when you have the chance. Thanks so much.

    Hi Neil,

    Sorry for the delay.

Actually, was occupied with building new feature “Sequences” (Autoresponders) for Email Subscribers PRO.

I will take a look at your issue this week and update you as soon as possible.

    Hi Malay,

So sorry to bug you again! But I just wanted to see if you can help with the issue I have been having (where emails only get sent to about half my subscribers, even though I increased the number of emails I’m able to send). The reports say “completed” but again not all my subscribers are getting the emails notifications.

I’d appreciate if you could please let me know. Thanks.

    Hi Malay,

I just wanted to let you know that I am switching to another WordPress notifications plug-in, as the support for Email Subscribers is not sufficient for my purposes–half of my subscribers are still not receiving messages and this has been going on for weeks, with no solution in sight. Thank you for your previous help, but no need to help any longer as, again, I’ve decided to go with another provider. I’m sorry.

    Best,

    Neil
