Email sending paused

I just received the dreaded “Your Mailpoet email campaign deliveries have been temporarily paused due to an unusually high issue rate: more that 10% of the emails already processed by us were rejected”
Thing is, I haven’t sent any emails from Mailpoet for two months, so I don’t understand why this has suddenly occurred. What do I need to do to unpause and stop this happening again>
