I looked into your account and can see that 1 email was send successfully, can you confirm if you are able to send emails? If not, do you see any errors related to DMARC or sender domain etc?

Can you please send us the following information:

    • A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
    • Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.

    Hi there,

Thank you for sharing the screenshots and the system log. I don’t see any specific problem with your setup and account.

Can you please try the following steps to resolve it?

    • Re-validate your MailPoet key in?MailPoet > Settings > Key Activation.
    • Clear cache from your wp-admin if possible.
    • Change the sending method to “Other” and then back to the “MailPoet Sending Service” in the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab.
    • In MailPoet > Settings > Advanced, change the Newsletter task scheduler (cron) to Server side cron (Linux cron) save it. See if that helps, switch back to the recommended
      WordPress built-in cron?
      again
    • Re-install the plugin.

Let us know how that goes.
