Email sending Tags and not data

My contacts form is not sending the data but rather sends the below

From: [your-name] [your-email] Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body: [your-message]

— This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Managed Service Provider (https://clarkitservices.net)?

This is what I get from every form I have. I have tried different plugins and get the same results, also tried different email methods. What could this be?
