    Our setup is in French:

    https://www.miradorsanjose.ca/free-informational-seminar/

    To: (sales rep)@holaecuador.ca, [courriel]
    From: HolaEcuador <[email protected]>
Subject: Registration to a free information seminar from HolaEcuador
    Additional Headers: Reply-To: [email protected]

Host: Go Daddy, through Gmail business for email.

As it currently stands, the potential client who fills in the form for the seminar does get the confirmation email (thus [courriel] is functional), but the sales rep (here above removed but we have tried with nearly all of our emails and the result is the same), no longer gets the confirmation email which is a necessity.

All was functional until the 4.4.1 update and nothing has changed on the site since otherwise. We do not get the red border error, we actually get the green marker to tell us that all is well and right but no email is sent out to the sales rep. Spam has been checked and it comes up empty.

Any help would be welcomed, please and thank you.

I know that the email gets sent, the visitor/client who fills in the registration form gets their copy (as per the To: header), but the one sent to the reps themselves do not (also in the To: header), both addresses are on the same line.

I am trying to understand why one address gets the email and the other no longer does.

I have tried putting the same exact address in the From: header and the Reply To: header and while the visitor gets the confirmation email, the rep still does not.

We will be trying the [email protected] email once it gets configured but otherwise we are running out of ideas to try and fix this issue.

but the one sent to the reps themselves do not

    How do you know that?

I am trying to understand why one address gets the email and the other no longer does.

I’m suggesting that at one address the email is seen as spam (somewhere in a long chain of possibilities) at the other it is not.

    How do you know that?

Because I have tested it out with my own work email in lieu of the sales rep’s own, while using my personal email, also on gmail, in the visitor’s information. I get the confirmation in my personal email but not the one I should be getting in my work email.

    I’ll keep digging.

Your testing does not show whether the problem is on the sending or the receiving side.
