Email sent after payment is successful include blank mail-tags

I have an html mail form and have checked the Exclude lines with blank mail-tags from output. Before I hooked up the form with the paypal pro adding, the email was excluding blank items with blank lines, after activating the paypal settings, the blank lines are included.
