Email sent to one mailbox but not another

Contact form submissions are sent successfully to my email and one of my client’s emails, but not the one they actually need.
Submissions sent successfully to these:
dtrim@[my domain].co.uk
info@[client’s domain].comBut submissions are not sent when changing to the address they actually need them to go to:
2134ad21.[client’s domain][email protected]The Microsoft address above is created with Microsoft Admin where the Operations Manager and Reception team can all access the emails.
Is there any reason why it wouldn’t be sent to that address?
