Email setup

I need to know why emails are sent out to the WordPress admin email and not to the recipient email that I’m using on the contact form.

SMTP is working fine as all test emails are sent out with no problem.

No matter what recipient email I use in the contact form, emails are not sent out there but to the WordPress admin email.

Also – what other tags can be used apart from {{email}} ? These are not working in the email headers options at the moment.
