    Hi,
Using the plugin and my email shortcodes are not working, other than [section].
I have tried many different combinations, and also am unable to get the [confirmation-link] shortcode to work for when my users are registering. Here is some sample email block I sent and received the same thing, with no substitutions.

[First Name] [Last Name] [Username] [confirmation-link] [first-name] [last-name] [username]

That is what I received looked like as well. Thanks for your help!

    Hi trav,

The default shortcodes are [username], [user-id] and [join-date]. Beyond that, you can include a field value by putting the field name, such as [First Name] (you have to make sure that “First Name” is the exact case-sensitive name of your field). Also, [confirmation-link] can only be used in the registration email that is sent to the user.
