Email/SMS updates at specific time of day?

    We’ve got a budding meal prep service that has all orders ready for pickup/delivery at 12:30 p.m the day after ordering.

    We would like to send an SMS/email reminder at noon, automatically, for the recipients of all orders placed the previous day to say that their meal is almost ready.

    What’s the best approach or plugin to get this done? I’ve found some plugins that allow for follow-up emails after a certain number of days, but I haven’t found one that lets you specify the time of day yet.

    What’s the best approach or plugin to get this done?

    I would use a newsletter plugin or solution that schedules a daily mail for this purpose.
