Email Status Issue; Missing Databases; No Utility Access

Hi,
Really hope this can get resolved, since the plugin seems great!

Subscription settings won’t save.
Tracked it down to failure to create database tables
…_bpges_subscriptions
… _bpges_queued_items
(ERROR: … .wppg_bpges_subscriptions’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT * FROM wppg_bpges_subscriptions WHERE group_id = 20 ORDER BY id ASC made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), …”

I cannot run the wp bpges install-database?utility

Another way to create and integrate the databases? If I manually create via phpmyadmin, will that work?

Any other directions or ideas?
