Email Submission

Emails are a tricky thing, specially if you are using a shared hosting account.

1. Check your SPAM folder.
2. Try using a GMail address to send submissions to.
3. Make sure you don’t leave Sender Name and Sender Email fields blank, when configuring Options.

Concur with @nCrafts.. if emails are not working, first thing to do is install an SMTP plugin. Still not working? Tell us what your sender email address domain is, what recipient address domain is it failing to send to, and which SMTP server you are using.
