I only want the pop up to appear once, the first time the user visits the site. But it is popping up on every page as the user navigates.

Then I tried to just have it pop up on one page (a blog) but it keeps showing on all pages.
I set it up by going:
display settings -> pop up – > enable pop up opt in
conditions in use -> only this post
and on the email opt in dashboard I have got ‘tracking’ on

I have deleted it and started again, but it is just popping up on every page, every time – HELP!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @janesiera,

After added only this post option, you should activate Pages, Categories, Tags options too. Choose “Only these …” for that options and leave empty. That makes No Pages, No Categories, No Tags.

For showing only once, maybe you should activate “Add ‘Never see this message again’ link” option. So if user doesn’t want to see that again, they can click that button.

    I hope that helps.

    Cheers,
    Oguz
