email subscribers

  • Emails to subscribers stopped going out.

    I have deleted and re-installed plugin. Some of the options in the “help” section are not available in my installation of email subscribers.

    I do not see an option for the post notification template in this installation. I am using version 3.5.12

    The subscribe widget works and my subscribers are all present. I have checked the category section to make sure post are included in the categories.

    I really love the plug in and depend on it. Much better than email post notification in jetpack.

    As you mentioned that you have some options missing in your email subscribers, can you let me know about it?

    Also, visit this documentation to find a cause why your subscribers are not recieving emails.

    Please do have a recheck and let me know how it goes.

    I did not activate the email subscribe portion of jetpack. Still no success.
    I deactivated the plugin jetpack.

    I had read the documentation referred to in your reply.
    My installation of Email Subscribers does not have the templates shown in the documentation:

    Method 1 : Editing the Default Post Notification Emails

    Step 1 : Go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Email Subscribers -> Templates

    Step 2 : Click to edit the default Post Notification Template

    The plug in worked perfectly for a while, then stopped.

    I really do like it and would appreciate any suggestions you might have.
