    Hi There,

    I have a mailchimp account and mailchimp widget added..double checked the API code, all shows connected however people are subscribing to my mailing list but the emails are nowhere to be found. A success message is displayed after submitting an email but they do not transfer over to mailchimp or anywhere that I’ve been able to find in WOrdpress.
    1. Can I still retrieve these emails and 2. How can I fix this??

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I tested the form and did see the success message. Can you please check your list and see if the email address “me@harish……..com” is added to it?

    Unfortunately no. I checked both the list through my mailchimp account directly and also via the Mailchimp for WP Widgit on my dashboard. I’ve had to remove the widgit for now since it isn’t capturing my visitors information. Is there any way I can still retrieve the entries somewhere?

    I figured it out – i had the Double Opt In enabled. I didn’t understand that an email was being sent to subscribers asking them to confirm. I think I’ve resolved it now.
