    Thank you for being with us, This is not a bug, its not the email field which shows twice, please take a look, Its asking for name first and then email.

    To skip this situation we have added option to show only email field if you wish in Version 2.5.1.

    Please take a look after updating and let us know if there is any issues/questions. We Appreciate Your Review.
