Email Subscription broken

Hey,

In the past I have been able to use the subscription emails without any problems over at my website Tweaked for your Pleasure (it is work safe) however once I updated to the very latest version of Jetpack the emails have now stopped sending.

I have been able to confirm this by signing up myself and people who was also signed up as informed me. I have tried disconnect from WordPress.com and re-connecting however it is still failing to send out any emails.

Any help would be thankful ??
