Where do I go to edit the content of the “[Subscribe] Confirmed subscription to posts on …” email?
Also, I noticed that if I enter an email but do not activate my subscription I will no longer receive the confirmation link if I enter that address again – is there a cache for pending subscriptions somewhere that I can clear?
Another thing I find is that once I confirm subscription on one device I’m unable to confirm with a different email address on that device because I simply get the error, “Your subscription could not be activated. It may have expired, or the email address you subscribed with is not attached to your WordPress.com account.” when redirected to WordPress.com – why is this so? Visitors who subscribe are not likely to have or want wordpress.com accounts so this is rather frustrating.
    The site url is https://www.angiebellspiritualmedium.com
    Your help will be appreciated.

That’s not an option right now, but I took note of your feedback in this GitHub issue:
    https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/152
I’ll let you know by posting again here when we’ll next iterate on the Subscriptions feature and address this issue.

I noticed that if I enter an email but do not activate my subscription I will no longer receive the confirmation link if I enter that address again

That’s indeed a known issue, and something we’d like to fix, by allowing emails to be resent.

I added your vote to the bug report here:
    https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/276

I’ll post again here as soon as we have some news.

once I confirm subscription on one device I’m unable to confirm with a different email address on that device because I simply get the error, “Your subscription could not be activated. It may have expired, or the email address you subscribed with is not attached to your WordPress.com account.”

That’s most likely because you’re currently logged in to a WordPress.com account that doesn’t match the email address you used to subscribe to the site.

Try to open the confirmation link in another browser, or an incognito window, and let me know how it goes!

    Thanks for your response.
Interestingly, I logged out of my WordPress.com account before clicking the confirmation link but still got the same result yesterday but today I was able to confirm the address and was invited to create an account. Trying in another browser didn’t work yesterday either.
The first two items would be very useful features. For one of the sites I manage, not having those features is a deal breaker but for the other ones using Jetpack Subscriptions we’ll kepp it activated and hope it gets resolved in the near future.
