    Hi there,

We are getting weekly email summaries however the reported emails sent per week is significantly less than the emails we are receiving each day via the website.
Are all emails not logged? I have checked the emails we recieved and they are not spam and all have come through contact form 7 forms on the website.

    Hi there @ryanj1515,

The weekly email summaries will count all emails sent through WP Mail SMTP. If you have emails coming through a different method, such as a plugin that has its own built-in method of sending email, it would avoid the count. Most plugins don’t do this though, and as you’ve noted, yours are all coming through Contact Form 7. Do you have any other SMTP plugins installed? Or another plugin that would modify how emails are sent?

If so, that would also be a possible cause of the issue. However, if not, you would need to try and replicate the issue. If you can replicate the issue, it may help track down the cause. What I’m thinking is that there may be something specific about emails that are skipping the count. Basically, there has to be some reason why some would skip it and others would not. If you can replicate the problem consistently, that should help identify why it’s happening to get it corrected.

I hope that helps! Have a great day! ??
