    More than a little annoyed that I have not yet received a response from your support system.. several tickets opened from the day I first purchased…

    I’m not going to get into the long and convoluted questions for the 3rd time in forum .. the support ticket is: 1604 and was opened the day I bought the plugin 4 days ago.
