    Hi, What email template is it? (Affiliates > Settings > Messaging > Name)

    hi,
    yes, sorry for miss information.

    any chance to make it work on this email template?
    aff_approved_email_existing_user_account
    we need to include the {aff_id} on this email template to inform Affiliates of their referral link
