    the email template should be “order completed” and not “order in progress” but if it is imposed by Settings, the text with the tracking code is not written in the email.

    Hi, you can change the email template as follows.

    WooCommerce->Settings->Cargo Tracking->Settings

    You can choose the template you want, including “Completed order”, from the E-Mail Template section.

    If I change the email, the tracking text does not appear
