• Hi,

    I installed the app, however if I choose a template it applies at all my emails except for my ‘customer processing order’ e-mail. It does apply at all other emails except for that one. How can I apply the template also at the customer processing order e-mail? It only shows text.

    If the “Customer Processing Order” email only shows the text, you might have changed the email type to plain text in WooCommerce email settings. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails, find and edit the “Customer Processing Order” email, and ensure the email type is HTML, not plain text.
