Email Template Customization

Hello Sir,

I been using your plugin from long it’s best and useful plugin for email templates. I have on question. I want to customize styles and html for my template. In advanced tab i created new template in my server. But what are the next steps. If i customize template in my theme. Does it auto use that template to send emails. Plz give instructions.
