    I am trying to edit what information is forwarded through the email system, however when I try to save my changes through the word press dashboard, the page just goes blank.

    I then have to close the page and reopen it, only to find no changes were saved.

    Please look in to whatever error is going on!

    We have checked this issue on our local, It is working fine.
    It could be a conflict with other plugin you recently installed, please deactivate all recently installed plugins and try to use WP Support Plus, again activate those one after another to detect which only making WP Support Plus non-functional. If that doesn’t resolve your issue, please create a ticket on our site or contact us on facebook.

    I have already contacted you on facebook and you have basically told me to get lost unless I pay. Also, this is the last plugin I installed!

    Hi @dudgemaster,

    Unfortunately we provide free support for common issues. We can see Email Templates are being saved without any issues on our end. Please click here to see video for this on our end.

    We can not invest time to check issues on customer site unless we get paid for this. This applies to every open source product author.

    It must be something conflict or server related issue on your site which only can be determined by debugging. I consider this issue as resolved here.
