    When I create an email template and press save the email template does not show up under template tab. I also can not see the existing template either.
    How to fix this issue?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It should not happen, actually.

    Can you please check if there is an error while saving the template or creating a new template? Is there any console error?

    If there is no error and you still face the same issue, please follow the below steps to debug the issue.
    – Deactivate the plugins except for Woocommerce & Woocommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin.
    – Check if issue is resolved. If resolved, then activate the plugins one by one to check which plugin is causing the issue.
