Email template not working

I just changed my password on a test user account, and the email I received confirming the password change has the generic (wrong) email address, sender name, and message. However, under the email settings there’s no section customizing for this particular kind of email. I had previously customized all possible email messages under the settings and all of them that I’ve tested have worked properly until this one. Am I missing something or is there some way I can fix this?
