Email templates

Like the Email templates plugin it is necessary at this point a functionality to send emails since the plugin “email templates” is being abandoned and we would not have any option, it is not too much to implement all the features of this plugin in the wordpress core .
The functionalities of this plugin are tremendously necessary.
