    Hi,

In Email Templates I can edit an email, I can save it, but the email arrives unchanged and untranslated.

It’s just about the body of the email, the subject is correctly translated.

Is this a bug on your side? How we can fix it?

    Please help ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @krzysztofzpom

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

When the email template is changed, it is stored and loaded from the database which removes the translatability functionality.

You would need to adjust the email template body of the translated value or reset your template and use a translation plugin to adjust the translation. The default email templates do support translations.

I hope this helps clear things up.

    Yes, You have right.

    But, I tried both solutions.
First, I adjusted the email template body, then I reseted my template and use a translation plugin.

It did not help. There are still e-mails not translated.

Thank you for your answer ??

    Please help ??

Are you needing to have a multi-locale solution or would it only need to be in one language?

Once you have edited the email template, if you send a test email does it correctly load the custom email body or does it give you the default body content?

    Hi,

It would only need to be in one language.

If I send a test email It give me the default body content.

What can I do in this situation?

Please can you temporarily disable all plugins except Paid Memberships Pro to see if this helps resolve your issue? I haven’t been able to replicate this issue on my end.

If you need further assistance troubleshooting this, please reach out to a local WordPress developer.
