    Hello,

    I have Pinpoint on my website for over a year and it has been working very well.

    Recently I realized that I wasn’t receiving the reservation notification emails as I should, so I tried to edit the email templates.
    I tested it by filling the form and now I am receiving the emails, both as admin and as user, but they are the default email templates and not the ones I wrote myself (and shown as saved on the plugin).
    I tried deleting the old templates and making new ones but the issue persists.

    My WordPress and the plugin are fully updated so this is not the issue.
    I also tried to “Repair database & text” but nothing happened.

    Please help me.

    Hello,

    Make sure to edit the correct template. For example if you are using instant approval option, make sure to edit the template for instant approvals.

    Also, if you modified the default template, make sure that you don’t use blank lines and use <br /><br /> instead.
