Email Templates & MailPoet

Hey, first thanks for the great plugin! ??

It works fine, but we realized, that MailPoet status emails are not formatted with “Email Templates” plugin.
Why is that so?

I guess the MailPoet uses the wp_mail() function.

Any idea? Our goal is that all outgoing mails have the same look & feel (WooCommerce, Mailpoet, WordPress…).
